How do you keep me informed of the status of my order?

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an automatic email. The prerequisite is to enter your e-mail address correctly. Please note common errors such as entering @gmail.sk instead of @gmail.com, so we recommend checking your details carefully.

You will receive a new email message whenever the status of your order changes:

Processing - order is processed, goods are being prepared for shipment, or we are checking the parts against the VIN

For shipment - the order is being finalised and will be handed over to the courier for transport to the customer.

Shipped - the order has been dispatched. For most shipping companies, we also send the package number for tracking (as a link in the email).

We also keep you informed about the status of the order via SMS.
