Can I exchange goods at the outlet?

Yes, you can within 14 calendar days of the removal of the goods. Loyal customers who have at least 5 orders in the last 12 months can do so within an extended period of 21 calendar days. You must first create an order for a new part, and upon receipt of the notification sms, you may bring back the non-conforming part in its original packaging and unassembled condition. You will then collect the newly ordered part.
